What about the delivery of NON-Dutch leaflets?
From Wednesday 7/08, all NON-Dutch leaflets (FR, bilingual, German) that are to be distributed in W34 and beyond should be delivered to the logistics centre in Bornem (Klein Mechelen 18a, 2880 Bornem) instead of Waver, during these opening hours: Mo-Thu: 6:00-19:00 / Fr: 6:00-17:00 / Sat: 6:00-12:00.
What about the delivery of Dutch leaflets?
All Dutch leaflets are still to be delivered in LC Merelbeke. We will keep you posted about the exact week of November in which the delivery address for Dutch leaflets will change from Merelbeke to LC Bornem.
Overview of distribution options
BD myShopi offers a wide range of options for the distribution of your leaflet in the region of your choice. We distinguish between 1st distribution, 2nd distribution, solo and weekend distribution. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a tailor-made distribution.
The consumer receives your leaflet in his letter box between Monday morning and Wednesday evening in the BD myShopi leaflet package.
The consumer receives your leaflet in his letter box between Wednesday morning and Friday evening together with other free mail.
Your leaflet is delivered – separate from other commercial leaflets – in the letter boxes between Monday morning and Sunday evening.
The consumer receives your leaflet in his letter box between Saturday morning and Sunday evening.
Instructions for delivery
For the smooth running of the logistics process, your leaflets need to be delivered to BD myShopi at least 1 week before the distribution of the leaflet. The official order via your commercial contact person must be placed at least 24 hours before the delivery. Exceptions to this can be found in the calendar with the overview of all holidays. Please also consult the conditions for the distribution of larger volumes and address changes.
Of course it is in your entire interest that your leaflets reach the consumer in a perfect state. The correct piling and packing of your packages is therefore also of the greatest importance for our logistics process to be running smoothly. You can find all guidelines on the technical filing card. Please do not hesitate to contact your Account Manager or our customer service in case of any doubts.

- all Dutch-language leaflets should be delivered to the logistics service centre in Merelbeke (Van Laetestraat 4-6)
- all non-Dutch leaflets (FR, bilingual, German) should be delivered to the logistics service centre in Waver (Zone Industrie Wavre-Nord, Avenue Lavoisier 8b)
Every request for distribution must be communicated at least 24 hours before delivery via our Door2Door planning tool. This tool is available to all clients who have a BD myShopi client number.
